Daytime Community Box Office & Visitor Services Volunteer
We are looking for warm welcoming volunteers help operate our public box office during regular opening hours, assisting visitors with ticket purchases, enquiries and general information about events in Hamilton.
We are opening its box office to the public during the week to make attending live theatre easier for everyone attending any event through Ticketek or Eventfinda. As a Daytime Box Office & Visitor Services Volunteer, you’ll provide friendly, face-to-face assistance for people who prefer to purchase tickets in person, need help navigating online booking systems, or simply want to talk to someone about what’s on. Whether helping someone choose a show, answering our phone to customer enquiries, explaining where to park, or sharing a cup of tea while you answer their questions, you’ll help create a welcoming experience that connects our community with the performing arts. This is a weekday daytime role and is separate from our event-day front of house and box office volunteer teams.
