All marketing material associated with events held at Clarence St Theatre must be approved by the General Manager prior to going to print. The event will be listed on our Clarence St Theatre website, our Facebook page and the What’s On Hamilton website as soon as the event is on sale.
Our website is www.clarencesttheatre.co.nz. You will be loaded on to our theatre’s website. You will need to supply images and also the information that you would like to appear. Please see the ‘images required’ section below.
We are able to load an event page for your event linked to Clarence St Theatre’s website and socials.
Electronic Direct Mail.
We have a database of over 13,000 people.
You will be featured once a month leading up to your event at no charge. We require images and any relevant information for this. Generally, we like to make it look editorial so that it achieves better readership. Please keep your material to approximately 200 words. We use Mailchimp to deliver our electronic direct mail.
Additional Electronic Direct Mail (EDM’s) can be sent for a small charge from our database and also Waikato chamber of Commerce.

Tristram Street side of the building 7270m high x 3700m wide. Tristram Street sees traffic of approximately 20,000 vehicles per day. Please enquire with us regarding cost and if the space is available. We print and arrange installation of this site.
